- 1 cup Steel Cut Oats (Regular or Gluten Free)
- 2 cups Vegetable Broth
- 1-2 Tbsp Canola Oil
- 1/2 cup YUMYIN
- 1 tsp each: fresh Thyme leaves, Rosemary (chopped), Sage (chopped)
- 2 cloves Garlic, chopped
- Freshly ground black pepper
- Bring vegetable broth and oats in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and stir regularly. Cook for at least 20 minutes to reduce the liquid, longer if desired.
Cook oil and garlic in a seperate pan on low.
Once garlic begins to brown add YUMYIN. Add herbs and cook for 3-5 more minutes. Remove from heat.
Add the YUMYIN mixture to oats and stir to combine. Add freshly ground pepper to taste and serve.
