- 1/3 cup YUMYIN (more if you want more onion!)
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon celery seed
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 cup vinegar
- In a saucepan, combine oil, YUMYIN, sugar, salt, mustard, celery seed, and vinegar.
- Stir regularly and heat until sugar is melted.
- Cool and refrigerate, or serve as a warm dressing.
