Maple-Mustard Onion Sauce

This sauce goes with everything so put it on anything.
Makes about 1 cup
1/2 cup YUMYIN
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 1/2 tablespoons maple syrup
2 teaspoons whole-grain Dijon mustard
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- Add the YUMYIN, maple syrup, mustard, salt, and pepper to blender or food processor. Process until the sauce is well-combined, about 30 seconds. Serve immediately or store in a covered container in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
- Warm on stove if you want it warmed
